Chilling in Warwick 🌸
Paul’s the real chommie – super helpful and made our stay feel like home. The room was spacious with two comfy chairs, perfect for a good chat. Gonna miss those fresh flowers in the room, such a lekker touch!
Only bummer was a bit of a musty smell when we walked in, but we didn’t let it ruin the vibe.

The room I stayed in was spacious, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, making it easy to prepare simple meals. It was within a short walk to popular local attractions, and I could even check my email using the house laptop during breakfast.
Unfortunately, there was an occasional musty smell upon entering the building, and the carpets in the hallways could use a better vacuum. The shower had inconsistent temperature issues, and the single-glazed windows allowed some road noise to filter in, which might disturb light sleepers.

Just a fitting option for a brief weekend stay in Warwick with good price value. We got a lovely big room with cable TV and enjoyed checking our email on the house laptop during breakfast. Make sure to explore the nearby Indian restaurants.

We loved our stay! The spacious family room had cozy amenities and cable TV, perfect for the kids. Paul, the owner, was super helpful. He gave us amazing tips on local Indian restaurants. Pretty close to Warwick Castle and Leamington Spa, too.
For dads, it would be great if there were soundproofing options for noisy road traffic.

Had a blast staying here, especially with the comfy chairs in the room and the handy microwave and fridge. It's super chill with a nice little garden area to relax in and a cozy lounge to unwind after a long day. The shower was a bit quirky as it had a minor leak, but it didn't ruin my experience one bit—definitely check it out for a cozy stay! 😊

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for great nights of rest. having a microwave and fridge in the room was convenient for quick snacks and drinks. the single glazing allowed a fair amount of road noise, which was disruptive, especially during the night. The heating seemed inadequate during the day, leaving the room quite chilly. Lastly, a small improvement would be to have wine glasses available instead of using tea mugs.
